Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and grease a cupcake mold.
In a deep frying pan over medium heat, cook the bacon for 5 minutes. Remove the excess fat and cook the Sienna Eva® salad along with the bacon, until all the liquid in the lettuce evaporates.
Add feta cheese and cook a few minutes. Add the salad vinaigrette and the flour and mix very well.
Stretch the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut squares. Place the squares in the mold and spread with your hands.
Fill with lettuce and cheese filling and close the ends of the puff pastry. Varnish with egg and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serves hot
