Spinach Tart with Cottage Cheese

Make this delicious spinach and cottage cheese tart with a healthy cereal base. This amazing easy recipe is filled with spinach, cottage cheese, ham and egg and is a complete option for the family's breakfast. Try it and spoil the ones you love the most!

  • 6 cups Nestlé® Corn Flakes, for the base
  • 1 1/2 cups butter, melted, for the base
  • 1 cup flour, for the base
  • 2 eggs, for the filling
  • 1 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, for the filling
  • 1 cup curd, for the filling
  • 1 cup Turkey ham, diced, for the filling
  • 1 cup baby spinach, cut into strips
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough parmesan cheese, grated
  • enough cherry tomato, to decorate
  • enough chinese parsley, to decorate


In a processor, crush Nestlé® Corn Flakes and place in a bowl. Add butter, flour and mix until you get a cereal base.
Place the cereal base in a cake tin, press to compact and freeze for 20 min. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the egg, onion, coriander, cottage cheese, ham, spinach, coriander and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the previous preparation into the cereal base, add Parmesan cheese and bake at 170 ° C for 30 minutes. Chill and garnish with cherry tomatoes and cilantro.
Cut a slice and serve with grapefruit juice.


Serve in an extended plate, accompanied by grapefruit juice.


To make the base of the cake more nutritious, you can add walnuts, blueberries and almonds.

Deliciosa!!!! Le puse un cuarto menos de cebolla y aún así queda predominante el sabor, y un huevo más porque estaban chicos. La base de cereal y mantequilla le da el equilibrio perfecto!
