4 portions
  • 2 cups fresh mushroom, cut in quarters

  • 1/2 cups cucumber, cut into cubes, with the skin
  • 2 serrano peppers, cut into thin slices
  • 1 avocado, cut into large cubes

  • 3/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups yellow lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • enough corn tortilla chip, To accompany

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the mushrooms with the tomatoes, onion, celery, cucumber, serrano pepper, avocado, cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Marinate around 20 minutes.
Serve with corn tostadas.
