Beef Tenderloin with Tamarind and Chipotle Sauce

Soft and juicy beef tenderloin with a spicy sauce and delicious tamarind and chipotle sauce.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 kilo of beef tenderloin
  • 1/2 Cup of tamarind
  • 4 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of chipotle chile pepper in julienne strips
  • 1 piece of onion in julienne (strips)
  • 1 piece of garlic chopped
  • enough of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt and pepper

    Preparation

    The tenderloin must be whole, it is spiced on all sides and put in the pan very hot with little oil. Go turning as the sides brown, let stand 5 or 10 minutes and cut into slices and pour the hot sauce on top.
    For the sauce: fry the onion and garlic with little oil combine the other ingredients in a bowl and pour it into the pan with care as it can splash through the heat of the pan to boil for 5 minutes and ready to enjoy a delicious meal.

    TIPS

    If the meat wants more cooked put in the pan another time already cut into flakes. Accompany this dish with a Malbec wine.
