This is a very simple recipe that I prepare to keep always in the freezer, every time I do not know what to cook I take out my hamburgers and that's it. Grate the onion and then fry it in a little olive oil until it is crystallized, remove from the heat and let it cool a little.
In a container large enough for the meat to place this and go kneading with your hands, add the soy sauce and continue kneading. Go adding all the ingredients, once mixed everything add the onion and knead, the mixture should be firm.
You can try the mixture and according to your taste add more spicy or salt.
For the burger to be juicy but not raw at the center, it is not so chubby because when you take it to the pan it tends to get fat.
Add a little olive oil to a high heat and cook your burger. Let it seal and turn it over, do not let it dry completely because it will lose all its juiciness.
