Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos ground beef
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can chipotle chili
  • 3 tomatoes
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Seasoning juice
  • oats
  • 2 eggs
  • carrots
  • bouillon powder, of tomato
  • oils
  • 3 cups Water
  • chicken consommé

Preparation

We are going to prepare the meat in a deep bowl, we put the meat, the 2 eggs, the oats, the salt, pepper and the seasoning juice to the taste, we stir everything very well and we begin to make the balls.
Once having the balls in a deep pan put a little oil with little salt over medium heat and start to put the balls and covered for 5 min.
While they cook a little we start making the sauce, we put in the blender the 3 tomatoes, the chipotle can and a bucket of consommé. Blend and add to the pan with the meatballs for 30 min.
While they cook, we make the rice in another pan, put the rice with 2 cups of water, with the carrot and chicken broth for 20 min.

TIPS

Try not to run out of rice water because if you can not burn it.
