It is a very good little or pancita I'm sure you'll like it a lot. It is ideal for this Christmas season you accompany it with cilantro, onion, lemon, chiltepin and a bread roll, go ahead and prepare it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo beef belly
  • 1 kilo beef, paw
  • 1 kilo corn, precooked
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green chile
  • 1 head garlic
  • lemons
  • 1 onion
  • breads, virote
  • Water, the needed
  • salt, to taste
  • 4 cubes chicken consommé
  • fresh coriander

Preparation

In a pot you cook the beef leg with plenty of water.
You cut the small one in not very small squares and you wash the corn.
Once the water with the beef leg has boiled for about 15 minutes, add the corn.
After 20 minutes you added corn you can add the little one (pancita).
You leave it a good while since this whole cooked you add the onion, the head of garlic, the green chile, the salt and the chicken consommé.
Spread the diced onion and coriander finely apart.

PRESENTATION

Serve with onion and cilantro in very thin squares with chiltepin to taste and lemon.
