  • 1 can of pineapple 480 gr, in slices or pieces

    Preparation

    The leg is sliced ​​to taste and set to thaw all day until it is going to prepare
    The sauce, honey and chipotle chili are liquefied and a thick sauce comes out and with this the leg slices are varnished and placed in the pan that has been chosen for this stew, between ply and layer the pineapple slices are placed either whole or in pieces
    when you have finished with the slices, put all the sauce that we stayed on and finish with the pineapple slices putting a cherry in the middle or pineapple squares
    Cover and put on a high heat while holding the pan heat for 15 minutes. Then you lower it to the fire and you leave it approximately 90 minutes. The sauce should be thick
