Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Blend the chipotles, barbecue sauce, beef broth, soy and honey until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Put flour in a refractory. Pour the ribs into the flour, turning them over to cover on all sides. Shake off the excess flour; cook them in a refractory for 5 min. or until they are golden, turning them after 3 min. of cooking.
Put all the ribs back in the pot. Add the sauce; make it boil. Take them out of the fire and cover them.
Bake the ribs 1-1 / 2 hours or until soft. Remove the fat that floats in the sauce and discard it.
