Preparation
In a pan fry the chicken so that it is sealed.
In the same pan and with the fat that the chicken released add the onion and garlic.
When the onion is a little golden add the nopales and the Original Hunt's ® BBQ Sauce mix well, add salt, the thyme sprig and let it consume a little and reserve.
In an aluminum foil place the chicken, on top of the previous mixture and close.
Cook in a bain-marie for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
