These juicy meat rolls are stuffed with a mixture of vegetables and bathed in a reduction of balsamic vinegar that gives it a special flavor. Everything you need in a single dish.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 carrots, in canes
  • 2 zucchini, in canes
  • 2 bell peppers, in canes
  • 1 cup poblano rajas
  • 2 tablespoons Nutrioli ® oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 8 beef tenderloins, in sheets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Nutrioli ® oil
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation

In a pan over medium heat heat the Nutrioli® Oil and cook the vegetables until they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and reserve.
Salpimenta the beef sheets and stuffed with vegetables. Roll and secure with a wooden stick.
Heat the rest of the Nutrioli® Oil over medium heat and cook the rolls until they are cooked. Reservation.
For the reduction, heat the balsamic vinegar with the sugar in a pot and let reduce at medium heat until a thick consistency is obtained.
Serve the rolls with the reduction.

PRESENTATION

Serve the rolls with the reduction, accompany with rice or potatoes.

TIPS

Constantly move the rolls to obtain a uniform cooking.
