6 portions
  • 6 pork ribs
  • 3 heads garlic
  • 7 ounces balsamic vinegar
  • 7 ounces Red wine
  • 10 ounces ginger
  • to taste sea ​​salt
  • 14 ounces Water
  • 2 ounces olive oil

Preparation

Blend the garlic.
Blend or grate the ginger.
Marinade the ribs with garlic and ginger. Let stand 20 minutes in the refrigerator with the container covered.
Seal the ribs in a nonstick pan with oil.
Place the ribs in a saucepan.
Add the wine, the balsamic vinegar and the water.
Boil covered for 30 minutes over medium heat.
