Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 500 grams boneless chicken breast, flattened
  • 1/2 cups carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels
  • 1/2 cups green bean
  • 140 grams spinach leaf
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Place the spinach leaves in the shape of a bed and sprinkle 2 shots of PAM® Butter over them, place the breasts on top and add the mixed vegetables to the edge, season with salt and pepper.
Roll up by squeezing it well, split it in half, sprinkle a pan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and cook the spinach roll.

PRESENTATION

Cut it into rolls and serve.

TIPS

To form the roll, you can use plastic paper to make it look better.
