Spinach lasagna, zucchini, tomato sauce and ricotta cheese. Prepared with ingredients low in fat and full of flavor. Enjoy this pasta dish for only 215 calories per serving!

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 zucchini, in slices
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese, low in fat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 cups tomato sauce, for spaghetti
  • enough precooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and dry
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese, low fat grated

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350ºF (190ºC). Grease the lasagna mold with PAM. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the zucchini and cook for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
In a medium refractory, mix ricotta cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper. Separate ½ cup of the spaghetti sauce.
Put 3 sheets of lasagna on the refractory and bathe with half of the spaghetti sauce. Put half of the ricotta cheese mixture on top, half of the spinach, half of the zucchini and half of the Parmesan cheese. Repeat this step with another layer of pasta. Finally put the rest of the tomato sauce that was reserved and sprinkle with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and return to the oven for another 20 minutes or until very hot and the cheese is bubbling. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

TIPS

For a better taste, it is recommended to prepare one day in advance and refrigerate. It can be heated in the oven before serving.

Deliciosa En estos últimos meses eh estado cuidándome y que mejor que comiendo rico , y bajo en calorías , me ha funcionado muy bien ya que eh perdido peso y deliciosa esta lasagnalasagna vegetariana Facebook , Twitter
