Preparation
In a deep bowl place the basil in julienne, the cherry tomatoes in halves, the pearls of mozzarella, the black olives in halves, the finely chopped garlic , the olive oil, salt and pepper, let marinate until everything is mixed. You will be surprised by the smell of this! (see photo 2)
Boil water with salt to cook the pasta according to package instructions and leave it firm. Strain the pasta and wait a few minutes to cool and drain well.
Empty the pasta into the mixture and stir carefully, let the flavors integrate, check the salt and pepper (but do not eat it yet, just check!)
In a frying pan, put the bacon slabs to take a crunchy and golden consistency, remove them and put them on an absorbent paper to remove the excess fat.
Serve approximately 300 g of the pasta mixture with the mozzarella pearlitas, tomatoes, olives and basil in a nice dish and top with 3 pieces of crunchy bacon in pieces.
