Ingredients

2 portions
  • 200 grams spaghetti pasta
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 pinch basil
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 50 grams broccoli
  • 1 red pepper, chopped

Preparation

In a pan put butter over low heat, add onion, garlic, pepper, squash and raw broccoli; Season with salt and pepper.
Once the preparation is cooked add the milk and cheese to form a thick sauce, then add the basil.
Cook the spaghetti before dente with bay leaves and a pinch of salt.
Drain and dip with the sauce.

PRESENTATION

It can be presented with coriander as the photo shows to give it a better presentation.
