Spaghetti in Chile Poblano

This spaghetti prepared in a creamy and spicy poblano chili sauce accompanied with corn will be the sensation at home or in any event where you prepare it. It is a delicious pasta that has very Mexican ingredients that you can not stop preparing. Try it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 liters Water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 1 kilo poblano pepper
  • 500 milliliters cream
  • 1 can corn
  • 500 milliliters milk

Preparation

Heat the water with the salt with the oil until it boils, add the soup and cook for 15 minutes, as this list runs off.
Put the poblano peppers to toast and then remove the skin and seeds.
Blend the cream with poblano salt chiles (to taste) and milk.
Heat the butter to taste empty the spaghetti, stir for 1 minute and empty the mixture of the cream and chilies.
Let boil for 5 minutes and add the corn and ready.
Serve to taste.
