Preparation
To cook the pasta, boil water, the tablespoon of oil, the medium piece of onion, salt to taste and the clove of garlic. Once the water boils, drain the 4 cups of La Moderna® pasta and leave there for 10 to 15 minutes to have a pasta al dente. Once the pasta is al dente it is drained and left aside
To make the cream of the salad, mix the cream, adding the mayonnaise, mustard and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture. If you like the taste of pepper you can add a pinch to the mixture.
Chop the peach, apple, jalapeño and spinach in small pieces.
Mix the cream with the previously drained tuna and add the fruit, jalapeño and spinach to make the salad (you can also use fresh tuna in small pieces).
Already having this mixture ready, add the paste and stir carefully. Add salt and black pepper to the salad to taste.
