Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • orange juice, big
  • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons table salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground pepper, cool
  • 2 cups bread crumbs, couscous integral, cooked
  • 1 cup nectarine, in segments
  • 1/2 cups frozen strawberry, cut
  • 1/2 cups cranberry , blue or pomegranate
  • 2 tablespoons almond, in sheets

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper until it is all tight.
Add spoonfuls of cooked couscous and stir gently to mix well.
Add the segments of nectarines, berries and almonds.
