Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package Pasta La Moderna®
  • 100 grams bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon almond, filleted
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple, dehydrated, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons apple, dehydrated and minced
  • 2 tablespoons peach, dehydrated and chopped
  • 3 dates, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry , chopped
  • to taste basil
  • 250 milliliters cream
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Put the pasta to boil in boiling water with a little salt, once cooked, drain well and reserve.
In a pan fry the bacon until golden brown.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until transparent.
Add the apple, pineapple, dried apricots, blueberries, dates and mix well.
Add the walnuts and almonds followed by the cream.
Finally the pasta mixing in an enveloping form with the above.
Cook for two minutes and serve.

PRESENTATION

Present it in a platter.

TIPS

You can serve hot or cold, sprinkle dried basil and if you like the contrasting flavors add grated Parmesan cheese or slabs.
