Ingredients: 1 package La Moderna® spaghetti; 60 grams white onion; 1 clove garlic; 3 leaves bay; 10 milliliters olive oil; 150 grams beet; 10 grams ginger; 100 grams carrot; 100 grams pumpkin; 20 grams alfalfa sprouts; 3 grams sprouts, of soy; 10 grams pomegranate; 2 grams parsley; 2 grams amaranth; 1/2 ounces white vinegar; 11/2 ounces olive oil; 3 ounces orange juice; honey; salt; pepper

Wash and disinfect the vegetables. Heat 2.5 liters of water in a pot to cook the pasta. When it reaches boiling point, add the beet, onion, garlic, bay leaves, ginger, salt, and pepper. After five minutes, when the beet releases its color, add the spaghetti for about ten minutes or until al dente.
