Potato salad, delicious and used for special occasions accompanied by a good slice of ham and fruit.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 2 potatoes, for a salad chopped into pieces of 1 cm and cooked in salted water
  • 2 chicken breasts, in strips
  • 1 green apple, chopped the same size as the potato
  • cheeses, at your choice, chopped the same size as the other ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, Red
  • milk creams, to your taste
  • mayonnaise, to your taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Cook the potato in water with salt.
Cook the breast with cilantro, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Let it cool and fray in thin strips.
Chop the apple and resevar in water with lemon, chop the cheese and chop the parsley, paprika and if you want carrots in very small squares.
When everything is cold, mix the ingredients with the cream of milk and mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to your liking.
It can be accompanied with medallions of ham or any cold meat and fruit such as melon, papaya, kiwi and strawberries.

PRESENTATION

In the center of the plate put a good portion of salad, on one side the slice of ham and on the other side a small portion of fruit. You can place a quail egg on top of the salad.

TIPS

Remember to reserve the apple in water with lemon so it does not get neglected. Add little mayonnaise and more milk cream, it is lighter. The parsley, paprika and carrot give it a very nice color, chop them very finely and do not add much. Fruit
