Cup the tomato with a small spoon, carefully take out all the seeds and veins, salt and place on the bottom of the plate, to drain all the liquid.
On the other hand, mix well until making a paste the cream cheese, the onion, the chili peppers, the tuna, the fine herbs, the basil, the corn and the olive oil.
Season and fill the tomatoes with a chuchara or pastry bag. Garnish with a few leaves of fresh basil and toast with toasted casabe or soda crackers. Serve cold.
