Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 cups of kale
  • 3 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups of strawberries in slice
  • 1 1/2 cups of Panela cheese grated
  • 1 1/4 cups of granolas with quinoa Kellogg's®
  • 3/4 of Cup of olive oil (for the vinaigrette)
  • 1/4 of Cup of red wine vinegar (for the vinaigrette)
  • 1/2 Cup of dehydrated cranberry (for the vinaigrette)
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey (for the vinaigrette)
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt (for the vinaigrette)
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper (for the vinaigrette)
  • 4 spoonfuls of almond in pieces

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the kale with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on a tray with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes or until they are a little crispy. Chill
    Mix the kale, strawberries, cheese and granola with Kellogg's® quinoa. Reservation.
