  • 1 tablespoon sea ​​salt
  • 1 cup chickpea, soaked
  • 1/4 cups parsley

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/2 cups red onion
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, of colors

  • 1/2 cups red pepper
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice

  • to taste black pepper
  • enough fried or toasted corn tortilla, baked to accompany

Preparation

In a pot with boiling water, add the sea salt and cook the chickpeas until they are soft.
