Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Hibiscus flower
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cups chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, 60 grams
  • 2 tomatoes, roasted
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • 3 tablespoons piloncillo, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan boil the water and add the flowers of jamaica, let cook for 3 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
In a blender add the flowers of jamaica, onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, chipotle marinated, add a little water from the cooking of the jamaica and lícua.
In a saucepan over a heat add the oil and pour the sauce, add the piloncillo, season with salt and pepper and let cook for 5 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a slice of tenderloin.

TIPS

You can substitute piloncillo for mascabado sugar.
