Preparation
In a large pot over medium heat pour the orange juice, add the sugar and mix until dissolved.
Add the fruit in this order: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries.
Add the lemon juice and salt; mix and remove from heat. Fill with fruit leaving a space of 2.5 cm and lid.
Follow the sterilization instructions on your Express® Pressure Cooker from the jars and lids before and after they are filled.
If you wish, you can accompany it with vanilla ice cream.
