Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 kilo jalapeno pepper
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 onions
  • 300 grams carrot
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • 5 leaves bay (laurel)
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • olive oils

Preparation

First cut the chiles into quarters along, the julienne onion and the carrot into slices.
In a clay pot the oil is added and they are fried.
After about 20 min the vinegar and water are added; Once boiled, add spices and salt.
Boil a little more and taste seasoning.

TIPS

bueno. Es que antiguamente te no se freian. se dejaban crudos y demoraba más o menos 15 días para que estuvieran listos. pero la recetas están Buenas. luchas gracias.
