Sweet and sour sauce of red fruits to add on top of a cheese pie that will make a delicious dessert.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams strawberry
  • 200 grams raspberry
  • 200 grams blackberry
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 gram brandy
  • 1/2 glasses orange juice

Preparation

In a pan, put the 3 tablespoons of sugar, flour and orange juice, stir well so that the flour is dissolved and so that no lumps are formed, heat and sew over medium heat about 5 minutes, it should be thick.
We add the brandy and let reduce the alcohol, stirring, add the red fruits and crush them a little. Serve in a sauceboat.

TIPS

If the fruits are frozen, add 1/2 glass of orange juice.
