Preparation
In a pan, put the 3 tablespoons of sugar, flour and orange juice, stir well so that the flour is dissolved and so that no lumps are formed, heat and sew over medium heat about 5 minutes, it should be thick.
We add the brandy and let reduce the alcohol, stirring, add the red fruits and crush them a little. Serve in a sauceboat.
