Ingredients

6 portions
  • 10 serrano peppers, or habaneros
  • 1/2 onions, In rooms
  • 2 garlic, whole, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste salt
  • 20 grams fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Preparation

In a pan heat the olive oil, add the chiles, onion and garlic. Fry until the skin of the chiles begins to turn slightly brown.
Pour the previous mixture in the blender, add half a cup of water and blend until you reach the desired consistency.
Reserve the sauce in a bowl, add the chopped onion and cilantro. Add salt to taste.

TIPS

This recipe is typical Mexican and can be used for quesadillas. You can lower the amount of chilies if you do not like it so spicy.
