Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 milliliters greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemons, just the juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Peel the cucumber, grate it and remove the excess water.
In a bowl add yoghurt, chopped garlic clove, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Beat the mixture well with a fork.
Add the cucumber and mix until smooth. Refrigerate
