Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of pepper
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 piece of nopal
  • 1 piece of carrot
  • 1 piece of zucchini
  • to taste of soy sauce
  • to taste of English sauce

    Preparation

    Cut all the vegetables into strips or slices.
    In a hot pan over medium heat add the onion and cook until it becomes transparent.
    Add sauces to taste, nopales and carrots.
    Once cooked add peppers and zucchini on low heat, cover so it does not dry. Cook a few more minutes and serve.
