Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 cups Super Value® Extra Super Grain Rice
  • 5 cups Water
  • 90 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 branch parsley
  • 2 Fish fillets
  • 1 cup octopus, Cooked
  • 20 shrimps
  • 10 clams
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, Roasted, peeled and ground
  • 1 branch epazote
  • 5 cups shrimp broth

Preparation

In a saucepan over low heat add butter, olive oil and onion. Cook until transparent.
Add the rice and fry until golden brown, add water and lemon juice, cook for 5 minutes until overcooked.
In a saucepan add the butter, the onion, the tomato and cook for 3 minutes.
Pour the broth of shrimp, clams, octopus and fish fillet.
Add the rice and the sprig of epazote, cook for 7 additional minutes.
