Ingredients: 3 tomatoes, cut into quarters; 1 guajillo chile, cleaned and soaked; 1/4 onions; 1 clove garlic; 1 cup chicken broth; salt; pepper; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 bag La Moderna® bow tie; 2 cups chicken broth; 1/2 cups carrot, cut into cubes; 1 cup spinach, cut into strips; 1 cup chicken breast, shredded; lime, for garnish

Blend the tomato with the guajillo chili, onion, garlic, chicken broth, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside. In a saucepan, heat the oil over low heat, lightly brown the Moñito La Moderna® until it takes on a golden color, add the tomato sauce you blended earlier, and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
