Ingredients

4 portions
  • 350 grams broccoli
  • 400 milliliters Vegetables soup
  • 25 grams butter
  • 4 cambray onions
  • 50 grams blue cheese
  • 100 milliliters double cream
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • nutmegs
  • breads, in crotons (optional)

Preparation

Slice the broccoli and put in a saucepan. Empty the vegetable stock on top and rest.
Melt the butter in a hot pan and cook the onions in chambray for about 4 minutes.
Add to a food processor or blender with the blue cheese and mix until you get a creamy mixture.
Cook all the mixture in a pot and season with salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

Now perfectly mixed and hot serve in bowls and add nutmeg. Add a couple of croutons per plate.

A través de iOS Igual me quede con la duda de los brocolis ?? Ya cocidos o crudos se agregan con el caldo de verduras ?

Instrucciones muy confusas No especifica si los brocolis son crudos o cocidos, el caldo de verduras caliente o frio, ¿Se muele todo incluyendo los brocolis?
