Preparation
Blend the tomatoes with the guajillo chili pepper, the garlic cloves and the onion.
Heat the oil over low heat, fry the noodle and cook until lightly browned, pour the previous preparation, season with salt, cook for 5 min.
Add the chicken stock and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until the noodles are cooked.
Serve hot in a deep dish accompanied by slices of avocado, cilantro, lemon and guajillo chile in rings.
