Try this creamy and delicious two-cheese cream that has an intense flavor of Manchego cheese and chihuahua cheese. It is very rich and is mounted on a rustic bread that accompanies it perfectly, with an elegant touch of white wine and decorated with dehydrated blueberries.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tablespoons LALA® butter
  • 1/4 white onions, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 liter LALA® milk
  • 150 grams Manchego Cheese LALA®, in cubes
  • 150 grams Chihuahua Cheese LALA®, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons White pepper
  • 4 rustic breads, without migajón
  • 1 cup dehydrated cranberry, to decorate

Preparation

In a small pot over medium heat, melt the LALA® Butter and cook the onion until transparent.
Add the flour and cook it until it forms a golden colored masita, moving constantly.
Add the LALA® Milk and cook for about 20 minutes while stirring, or until it thickens.
Includes LALA® Manchego Cheese and LALA® Chihuahua Cheese. Cook 10 more minutes for the cheeses to melt, add the wine, season and mix.
Strain the cream and serve on the loaves, decorate with the dehydrated blueberries.

PRESENTATION

Serve on bread and decorate with blueberries.

TIPS

Look for a thick rustic bread.
