For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

Blend the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese with the milk.

Mix in a deep bowl the egg yolks, half of the sugar, and the cornstarch until everything takes a light yellow color.

Heat the milk with the other half of the sugar and the vanilla in a pot. Wait for it to boil.

Add a little milk to the yolk mixture and mix with the rest of the milk, stirring continuously for two minutes.

Cool, refrigerate, and serve

Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
