Materials:

Take the Ziploc® bag and flip it. Glue the magnet to the brush with some hot silicone and let it dry. Tip: You can find the magnet at any hardware store.

Hold the brush by the handle and start picking up the nails or screws.

Flip the bag and remove the magnet. Seal it tightly.

Done! In just a few minutes, you'll have dad's work area organized and tidy.
