Material:
* White chocolate
* Chocolate cookies
* Lollipop sticks
* Tray
* Wax paper
* Chocolate chips
* Candy-coated chocolates
* Ribbon

Place the white chocolate in a microwave-safe container and melt in 30-second intervals.

Separate the cookies and place a lollipop stick and a bit of white chocolate in the middle to stick them together. Close with another cookie and let it dry.

Dip the cookie pop into the white chocolate, remove the excess and place it on a tray lined with wax paper. Let it dry slightly.

Before it dries completely, place the chocolate chips as eyes, the candy-coated chocolates as the nose and buttons. Let it dry completely.

Place a piece of ribbon as a scarf.
