Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put PAM and maisena in a small screw mold so that the cake does not stick.
Mix all the ingredients in the blender and put the mixture in the mold.
Bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes. Allow to cool a bit before unmolding.
