Today I’m going to talk to you about some amazing seeds that bring us great benefits: chia seeds. The Aztecs used them in various nutritional and medicinal preparations, as well as in the making of cosmetic ointments.
The other day, I caught my sister drinking a glass of warm water with chia and lemon on an empty stomach. When I asked her about it, she said it was great because it has a lot of fiber and cleanses everything. I thought it would taste awful, but I tried it, and I really liked it.
It is recommended to take two tablespoons of chia (25 grams). I take one tablespoon in the morning and another at night, dissolved in warm water. You can also eat it directly or mix it into yogurt, salads, or rice.
Chia is excellent for digestion, skin hydration, and curbing hunger, which is why it is also great for diets and for losing weight. You can find it in any supermarket.
