How to prepare pork ribs on the stove

BBQ Ribs in a Skillet Are you a lover of
BBQ ribs? Get to work and prepare them at home, it’s much easier than you think!
Ingredients
- 1 pork rib, 1-2 kilos
- 3 cups of dark beer, for cooking the ribs
For the marinade
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried morita chili, powdered
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
For the BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup dark beer
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 chipotle chili
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup pineapple syrup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup adobo chipotle chili
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
Preparation
- For the marinade: Mix the powders with the olive oil in a bowl until you get a thick, spreadable consistency. Marinate the rib rack with the previous preparation in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- For the BBQ sauce: Heat a pot over medium heat with the butter, add all the BBQ sauce ingredients one by one and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Heat a deep skillet over high heat, sear the ribs until there is no raw surface left. Coat the ribs with the BBQ sauce until they are completely covered, fill the baking dish with dark beer, cover with aluminum foil, and cook for two hours or until tender, constantly basting with the juices.
- Once the pork ribs are well cooked, remove from the skillet, cut, and drizzle with more BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 kilo of pork rib
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1 piece of charcoal
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- to taste potato wedges, for serving
- to taste ranch dressing, for serving
Preparation
- Mix the brown sugar, paprika, oregano, celery salt, onion powder, and hot sauce in a bowl, then add the pork ribs and mix. Set aside.
- Heat the charcoal over direct fire until it is glowing red. Set aside.
- Place the piece of charcoal over the pressure cooker, add the apple cider vinegar, the water, then place the rack, add the ribs, and cover. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve the pork ribs with potato wedges and ranch dressing.
