Ingredients: 6 peaches, ripe peaches, halved and pitted; 1 bottle prosecco, well-chilled champagne; 1/4 cups sugar; 1/4 cups water

Put the chopped peaches in a blender, add the sugar and water, and make a puree. Place in the refrigerator to chill until the sugar dissolves and it is well cold. Put a little extra sugar on a plate and rim the champagne glasses with sugar, first dipping them in a bit of water so the sugar sticks.
