Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour (for the mass)
  • 1 tablespoon of Dried oregano (for the mass)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth (for the mass)
  • 1 1/4 cups of Water warm (for the dough)
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of yeast powder (for the mass)
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil (for the mass)
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil (for the Bolognese)
  • 1/2 onion chopped (for the Bolognese)
  • 2 garlic chopped (for the Bolognese)
  • 1 Cup of green bell pepper chopped (for the Bolognese)
  • 300 grams of beef sirloin (for the Bolognese)
  • 1 on of Knorr® Flavors Mixture of Chiles (for the Bolognese)
  • 1 tablespoon of Dried oregano (for the Bolognese)
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of ground black pepper (for the Bolognese)
  • 1 Cup of tomato sauce for pizza (for the Bolognese)
  • 150 grams of Oaxaca cheese shredded (for the Bolognese)

Preparation

For the dough, mix the flour with the oregano and the Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth, make a hole in the center and add a little warm water, the yeast, the baking powder and the olive oil. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Pour the remaining water little by little and knead until it has a smooth and elastic consistency. Cover with sticky plastic and let stand until it doubles its size.
For the filling, heat the oil, sauté the onion, garlic and pepper; Add the meat and cook over medium heat until well cooked.
Add Knorr® Sabores Mixture of Chiles, Oregano, Pepper and Cinnamon. Mix and warm.
Divide the dough into 12 portions, stretch each one with the help of a rolling pin.
Place 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, a little cheese and 2 tablespoons of the filling. Form the bun and continue with the rest of the ingredients.
Place the buns in a tray, varnish with egg and bake at 170 ° C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
