Although they are traditional for breakfast, cinnamon rolls are ideal at any time of the day and with this sweet bread recipe, you will be the success in your home. Follow the step by step to prepare these cinnamon roles and form a nice Christmas tree with them, they will be the perfect food for Christmas morning, accompanied with coffee, punch, atole or hot chocolate.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup milk, tibia
  • 10 grams dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups Margarina Primavera Chantilly® Con Sal
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup raw sugar, for the filling
  • 20 grams cinnamon powder, for the filling
  • 10 grams nutmeg, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups Margarine Chantilly® Spring Without Salt, melted for stuffing
  • 1 egg, to varnish
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Preparation

Mix the yeast with the warm milk and reserve.
For the dough, beat the Primavera® margarine with the egg, add the sugar, the flour, the whipping cream, the hydrated yeast and mix until perfectly incorporated.
Knead for 10 minutes. Transfer it to a container and wait 1 hour to ferment and double its size.
For the filling, mix the ingredients and reserve.
Stretch the dough with a rolling pin, it must be 1 cm thick; spread the filling on top and roll the dough. Chill for 30 minutes and cut.
In a bowl, form the roles and rest again for 30 minutes until doubled in size. Varnish with egg and bake at 170 ° C for 20 minutes.
Cool at room temperature and form a small tree with your hands.

PRESENTATION

Decorate and sprinkle with cinnamon.

TIPS

It is important that you give the fermentation time, so that the texture is adequate.
