Ingredients

20 portions
  • 500 grams puff pastry, of good quality and fresh
  • 1 cup Sugar substitute, Splenda (for baking)
  • enough flour

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Spread the puff pastry, rectangular in shape, on a table with a little flour so it does not stick.
Since you spread the dough, put sugar on the table and with the help of the same rolling pin, press the dough so that it is impregnated with sugar and repeated on the other side. Sugar is to taste, depending on how sweet you like it.
Fold the two long ends of the mass towards the center, so that they remain even. Finally, fold the dough in half on the same side that you had previously folded.
With the help of a sharp knife, cut pieces of the roll that I am left with, about an inch.
Place the pieces on a separate non-stick tray so they do not stick.
Put the trays in the oven and bake until well cooked. You can leave them longer if you like a little gold.
