Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular shape on a floured surface so it doesn't stick. Once you have rolled out the dough, sprinkle sugar on the surface and, using the same rolling pin, press the dough so it absorbs the sugar, and repeat on the other side. The amount of sugar is to taste, depending on how sweet you like them.
