So that you do not have to decide which sauce to accompany your breakfast, we leave you this recipe for Delicious Divorced Eggs. This easy breakfast with egg can be served with the yolk well cooked, or tender yolk, but without a doubt the flavor of green sauce and red sauce, will give a spectacular touch.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 pieces of Chile de árbol pepper without stem and soaked in hot water, for red sauce
  • 1/8 of piece of White onion for the red sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano for the red sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic for the red sauce
  • 3/4 of Cup of Water for the red sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Chicken Broth for the red sauce
  • 16 spoonfuls of My Knorr ® Tomato for the red sauce, 128 g
  • 1 liter of Water for the red sauce
  • 6 pieces of green tomato for green sauce
  • 1/8 of piece of White onion for green sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic for green sauce
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper without stem, for green sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cumin ground, for green sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander for green sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 8 pieces of egg
  • 2 spoonfuls of fresh cheese demoronado, to decorate
  • enough of coriander to decorate
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper sliced, to decorate

    Preparation

    For the sauce, blend the chile de árbol with the onion, garlic, oregano, water and season with Knorr® chicken broth until a smooth mixture is obtained.
    In a pot, boil 1 liter of water and dissolve the content of Mi Tomate Knorr®. Cook 2 minutes and add the previous mixture, cook 3 more minutes and reserve.
    For the green sauce, in a pot with boiling water, cook the tomatoes with the onion, garlic and chilies for 20 minutes or until the tomatoes change color.
    Blend the vegetables with the coriander, cumin and season with Knorr® chicken spoon and reserve.
    In a Teflon pan over medium heat, heat the oil and crack the eggs. Cook to your liking and remove.
    Serve the eggs in two plates, bathe one half with the red sauce to the other with green. Garnish with fresh cheese, cilantro, chile serrano and purple onions. Accompany with beans from the pot and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the eggs with the sauces, fresh cheese, chileserrano, purple onion and accompany with beans.

    TIPS

    The cooking time of the eggs will depend on the term in which you like them. They can be well cooked or with the tender yolk.
