One of the richest classic breakfasts is undoubtedly the French Toast. That's why we present to you this easy French Toast recipe that is prepared with loafed bread submerged in a mixture of milk and egg. We recommend you use brioche style bread, since you can slice it in the thickness that you like the most. This easy breakfast recipe is served with powdered sugar, cinnamon and a touch of honey.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tablespoons nutmeg
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 4 slices box bread, thick slices
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup red fruit, to decorate
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar, to decorate
  • 1/2 cups Maple syrup, to decorate


In a bowl, mix the egg with the milk, the vanilla essence and the nutmeg.
Combine the refined sugar with cinnamon in a dish. Set aside.
Soak the bread in the egg mixture on both sides until it is completely hydrated.
In a pan at medium heat, melt the butter, cook the bread slices until browned, or about 5 minutes. This may vary depending on the thickness of your bread.
Remove the bread from the pan and sprinkle with the mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Serve with nuts, icing sugar and honey maple. Enjoy

La receta alcanza para casi todo un pan de caja mediano, ya listos me parece que es mucho huevo para solo una taza de leche, pero definitivamente quedan muy ricos.

Hice un cambio a leche de soya con un poco de cocoa y me encantó, le da un toque de sabor diferente. La mezcla es suficiente para casi totalmente una pan de caja grande
