Cook the sliced onion and the bacon cut into cubes until the onion caramelizes and the bacon is crispy.
Stretch the puff pastry and cut the edges to form an exact square. Cut the square into 4 parts and with the rest of the dough form an edge on top of each square, this will serve as walls to contain the filling inside.
