Ingredients

  • 1/2 liter of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • 40 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of turkey bacon
  • 1/2 piece of red onion
  • 90 grams of feta cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 100 grams of Dehydrated tomatoes
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper

    Preparation

    Cook the sliced ​​onion and the bacon cut into cubes until the onion caramelizes and the bacon is crispy.
    Stretch the puff pastry and cut the edges to form an exact square. Cut the square into 4 parts and with the rest of the dough form an edge on top of each square, this will serve as walls to contain the filling inside.
    Chop the center of each frame with a fork and put them on a baking tray with waxed paper.
    Place crumbled feta cheese on top with crunchy bacon and caramelized onions.
    Separate the white from the yolk of one of the eggs and mix it with the milk. Varnish the edges of each frame. Bake at 180 ° C for 12 minutes or until the edges rise.

    Empty ¼ of the mixture over each pre-cooked frame, place the dehydrated tomatoes on top and return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
